A. Yes, of course! You can also customize the number of items (gacha) in the box. In that case, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Q. Does the subscription automatically renew?
A. If you have chosen the monthly subscription, then it will renew automatically. If you have chosen the 3-month, 6-month or 12-month subscription, then it will not automatically renew.
Q. Can you tell me what capsules are in my order?
A. Sorry, the capsules are chosen at random each month.
Q. I'm a collector, can I order specific capsule toys?

Q. Which countries do you ship to?
A. We are currently able to ship to Japan, the US, Canada, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Australia, New Zealand, India,Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapor, Tailand, and Vietnam. Please contact us if you want to make an order from another country.
Q. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
A. We will ship your order 3 weeks after your order is confirmed. (There may also be delays due to the shipping company)
Q. I would like to know about the return and refund policy.

Q. My box has not arrived yet!
A. All boxes will be shipped by a third party carrier. If your shipping method does not have tracking and your order gets lost during transit, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or reshipment as the status and location of the package is out of our control.You would be eligible for a reshipment if your order has been confirmed as returned to our warehouse by the carrier and our team. After the return confirmation, we can reship your order. Please note you will need to pay the reshipping fee.Kindly check your tracking progress and contact the local post office regularly to avoid the box being returned to us. Due to the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on global shipping, shipment and delivery may take longer than usual.
Q. Does the shipping fee cover customs fees and taxes?
A. Please ensure to double-check your country's customs regulations, as each country has different rules regarding customs fees and taxes. If you incur any charges for customs fees or taxes, we are not responsible for covering them. It's essential to note that we do not have control over import taxes, as customs taxes are imposed by your local government.
